Returns Policy


All merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. No refunds on electrical items, special orders, or items more than ten (10) days past the delivery date. No refunds for items that have been installed, mounted, welded, or altered in any way.

Test fit wheels on vehicle before mounting tires! No refunds on any wheels once tires have been mounted. This policy is dictated by the wheel manufacturers.

Contact Cedar Performance for a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) Number. No returns will be accepted without an RGA Number. Sales invoice must accompany ALL returns, warranty returns, and cores. The RGA Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return shipping container or the shipment will be refused.

Restocking Fee

A 35% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable, in either direction. For orders with Free Shipping, the original shipping charges will also now apply. Exceptions to the 35% restocking fee or shipping charges will only be made if there is a mistake in the product shipped OR in special circumstances with the approval of the owners of Cedar Performance.  

Damages in Shipping

Inspect all shipments for damage, before accepting delivery from the shipping carrier. If the shipment is visibly damaged on the outside of the shipping container or packaging, notify the delivery person and have them note the damage. Once you have accepted delivery, open the shipment and inspect the products purchased immediately. You must notify Cedar Performance within three (3) days of delivery of any and all claims for products damaged in shipping.

If you do receive an item damaged during shipping, contact Cedar Performance via phone or email immediately. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Warranty Claims

Manufacturer’s warranty ONLY. Cedar Performance does not provide warranty coverage in addition to or beyond that provided by the original Manufacturer.

Our goal is for each and every Cedar Performance customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Please contact Cedar Performance, if you believe you have a defective product which was originally purchased through Cedar Performance and the item is still within the Manufacturer's warranty period from the date of sale. We can help in many cases by clarifying the Manufacturer’s warranty process and provide instructions for submitting a warranty claim.
